Congratulations on taking your business to the next level! The MBA is the first step towards building your business system and getting your team onboarded to the Marduk application.
During the MBA your team will work with your Marduk coach to brainstorm as many of the tasks required to run your business. We will work together to get these tasks into Marduk so that when you're ready to launch the application its loaded and ready.
We recommend you invite everyone on your team who will use Marduk to this meeting AND anyone who might have a lot of knowledge about how your business runs. For example some business owners plan on themselves being the only Marduk user, however their spouse talks to them daily about their business and knows many of the details of the business. We recommend these people attend the MBA sessions as well since they will be able to contribute to the brainstorm.
There is no charge for additional team members to attend. We block 3 hours of time, but most sessions finish in less.
