45 days. A certified Marduk coach takes your team through the Marduk Business Assessment (MBA), where you negotiate and uncover every project, chore and responsibility in your business.
Learn
45 days. Your coach trains your team on the Method. Everyone is up and running, and the system starts collecting the truth about how your business actually works.
Build
90 days. With the data in hand, you and your coach build out your standard operating procedures, completion criteria and incentives — the tapestry woven from the pieces.
Profit
Ongoing. Your operating system is built. Effectiveness, transparency and accountability compound — and you've laid the foundation to sail, scale or sell.
